Yak Book is the final story in my Creator's Alphabet Series , for "children" of all ages. In these books, we discover how creativity, imagination, and occasional unpredictable moments "help" to shape each animal in creation.
Continuing Creator's Design
In Yak Book, we continue the journey of Creator's design, this time with a special focus on beauty. The story invites us to see beauty not from the outside looking in, but from the Creator's own perspective.
Warthog's Humility and Gratitude
Here, Warthog becomes an important part of the story. Through Warthog's humility and gratitude for being designed with such beauty, Yak is brought into existence. Warthog does not boast or compare. Instead, there is a quiet thankfulness for being made on purpose, just as he is.
That humble gratitude becomes the doorway for another creature, "Yak" to appear in the story.
No Accidents in Creation
Once again, Yak Book gently reminds us that there are no accidents, and that all things are created by design. Every shape, every curve, every color and feature is seen and known by Creator. Even when we might overlook or misunderstand it. Creator calls it good, intentional , and loved.
Wonder and Gentleness in the World
Through Yak's arrival, we are able to see the wonder and gentleness of creation come together. Different animals, different designs, all sharing the same world and reflecting the heart of the One who made them. The story becomes an invitation to pause, notice, and quietly enjoy this amazing world we've been given.
Just A Thought
When you look at yourself or at someone who seems very different, can you pause long enough to ask, "What beauty might Creator see here that I have not noticed yet?"
